These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Holiday Packing List Checklist ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Reku.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Holiday Packing List Checklist helps you create and manage travel packing lists for holidays, weekend trips, and business travel. The App provides ready-made templates, checklist categories, item quantities, packed and unpacked views, essential item tracking, progress indicators, quick add, reset tools, and a widget for checklist progress.
The App is a convenience tool. It does not guarantee that your packing list is complete, accurate, or suitable for every trip.
You are responsible for preparing for your own travel and verifying all requirements before you depart. This includes passports, visas, identification, travel insurance, medication, health needs, airline rules, baggage limits, destination rules, and any other travel requirements.
We are not responsible for forgotten items, missed documents, denied boarding, denied entry, travel delays, fees, fines, health issues, lost property, or any other loss or inconvenience arising from use of the App.
The App may include checklist items related to documents, travel insurance, medication, and health basics. These are general reminders only. The App does not provide legal, immigration, medical, insurance, safety, or professional advice. Always verify important travel, health, and legal requirements with official sources or qualified professionals.

The App may be offered as a free or paid download through the Apple App Store. If the App offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future, payments will be processed by Apple, not directly by us. App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms and policies.
