These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Parking Timer & Car Finder ("Parking Timer", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by [DEVELOPER NAME].
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Parking Timer helps you create a parking timer, save your parked car location, attach optional notes or photos, receive local reminders, and open directions back to your saved parking spot.
The App is a convenience tool. It does not guarantee that parking time, reminders, location, maps, or directions will always be accurate or available.
You are responsible for following all parking laws, meter rules, garage rules, posted signs, time limits, payment requirements, and local regulations.
We are not responsible for parking tickets, towing, fines, expired meters, missed reminders, incorrect location data, map errors, device battery issues, notification failures, or any other parking-related loss or inconvenience.
The App may allow one free parking session. After the free session is used, Parking Timer Pro may be required for unlimited parking sessions.
Parking Timer Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple, not directly by us. Your purchase is subject to Apple's payment terms and policies.
If you purchase Pro, you can use the restore purchases option in the App to restore access on supported devices using the same Apple ID, subject to App Store rules and availability.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds. To request a refund, use Apple's refund process.
Some features require permissions such as location, notifications, camera, or photo library access. You can grant, deny, or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings.
If you deny or revoke permissions, some App features may not work as intended.
