The App is a personal tracking tool only and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. The App is not a substitute for professional guidance. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription or one-time upgrade:

• You agree to pay the listed price
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your device secure
• Maintaining backups of your data
• Using the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws
