Schengen Stay is a trip planning and day-counting tool that helps users track their stay in the Schengen Area under the 90/180-day rule. The App provides calculations, countdown timers, and trip planning features.

3. Not Legal Advice

The App is a planning tool only and does not provide immigration, visa, or legal advice. Calculations are based on user-entered data and general rules. Always verify your travel eligibility and stay limits with official government sources, consulates, or a qualified immigration professional. The developer is not responsible for any overstay, denied entry, fines, or legal consequences arising from reliance on the App.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, the App's calculations depend on the data you enter. The App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculation. Schengen Area rules may change, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of current regulations.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription or one-time upgrade:

• You agree to pay the listed price
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
