Pill Counter: Med Reminder ("the App") by Reku is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that your personal information remains secure. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your data.
Pill Counter is designed to function entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data — including medication names, dosage schedules, pill counts, reminders, or usage patterns — to our servers or third-party services. All data remains securely stored on your device.
All medication records, dose logs, schedules, and preferences are stored locally on your device. The App does not send your data to any external servers unless explicitly directed by you (e.g., enabling iCloud sync or exporting data).
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is encrypted and accessible only to you through your Apple ID. Reku does not have access to your iCloud data.
The App may use anonymized, aggregated analytics (via Apple's App Analytics or Firebase Analytics) to understand general usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through these analytics.
The App uses RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat processes transaction data provided by Apple and does not receive any personal medication data or personal health information from the App. For more information, see RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
We understand that medication and health tracking is deeply personal. The App is built with a privacy-first approach:
Pill Counter does not share your data with any third parties. Any data export is entirely controlled by you.
